Introduction

Once your Knowledge Agent is live, the Agent Overview page is where you track its performance. This is your command center for understanding how users interact with your agent and what results it is delivering.

Important: Performance metrics are tracked at the agent level, not at the Screen or Engagement level. This means you can see exactly how each individual agent is contributing to your goals.
