Getting Started with Bridged

Bridged enables agentic workflows that help event teams convert audience intent into commercial outcomes without adding operational load.

Everything is managed from the Bridged dashboard, but this guide gives you a clear understanding of how to configure, manage and maintain the core parts of your setup — from domains, content sources and screens to tools, integrations and workflow behaviour.

Use this guide when you need to understand how Bridged is set up, how different components work together, or how to make changes safely once a workflow is live.

Who this guide is for

This guide is for anyone involved in setting up, managing, or reviewing Bridged, including:

  • Technical teams managing domains, scripts and integrations

  • Marketing and event teams managing journeys, content and CTAs

  • Operations teams managing FAQs, support workflows and approved information sources

  • Commercial teams reviewing intent capture, sponsor value or lead routing workflows

You do not need to read everything in order. Use the section that matches the task you are trying to complete.
