Setup Overview
The Setup section explains how to prepare Bridged to run on the right website environment.
For website-based experiences, setup usually involves two steps:
Add the domain
This connects the website domain inside Bridged.Install LoaderJS
This gives Bridged technical access to load interactive components on that website.
Adding a domain does not automatically publish an agent on your site. LoaderJS must be installed, and where the agent appears is controlled separately from the Bridged dashboard.
If your delivery channel is not a website, such as WhatsApp or email, LoaderJS is not required.
